Rolling armbar with bicep slicer

This is an armbar with a bicep slicer variation. With the figure 4 (kimura grip) you must push the opponents wrist down with one hand and pull your other arm back so that your wrist is cutting the opponents bicep.

Baratoplata can be hit from many positions including from the closed guard, turtle and knee on belly positions. It looks like a bicep slicer of wrist lock but actually attacks the shoulder.

Bulldog choke

Rob Lisita shows the bulldog choke which he has executed in an MMA fight. When grabbing the opponent’s wrist it is a good idea to jump over for the choke as quick as possible as the opponent has the opportunity to clasp your arm and roll you over into side control.
