Rolling armbar with bicep slicer

This is an armbar with a bicep slicer variation. With the figure 4 (kimura grip) you must push the opponents wrist down with one hand and pull your other arm back so that your wrist is cutting the opponents bicep.

Ezekiel Choke from the mount with 4 fingers in the sleeve. It’s important to put your choking arm across the opponents throat until you sleeve is tight against the side of the neck.
